Frequently Asked Questions

Feeling unsure about what to expect? Here are the answers to the most common questions so you can move forward with confidence. If yours isn’t listed, just reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

You’re always welcome to pop in, but we do recommend calling ahead if you’re visiting during busy times — especially at weekends or lunchtime. Give us a quick ring, and we’ll happily save you a spot.

We sure do. We offer a range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and we’re always happy to help you find something suitable. Just let us know when ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes! Most of our menu is available to take away, including coffees, cakes, and light lunches. Just pop in to order, or call ahead and we’ll have it ready for you to collect.

Yes! Our gift vouchers make a lovely treat for friends and family. They can be used for anything on the menu — from breakfast and lunch to coffee and cake. Pop into the café or give us a call to purchase one.

Absolutely! The Murly Tuck is a family-friendly café — we love seeing little ones enjoying time together over pancakes or hot chocolate. High chairs are available, and we’ll always do our best to make families feel at home.

We love dogs (we have two of them ourselves!), but because our café is small and has an open kitchen, only guide dogs are allowed inside. However, when the weather’s nice, we have a few outdoor seats where you’re very welcome to sit with your furry friend.
